following the passage of a cold front Sunday night.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas.

* WHEN...From midnight Sunday Night to 6 PM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around light and unsecured objects
such as Christmas decorations. Weak and/or small tree limbs could
be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Secure or remove outdoor objects such as Christmas decorations.
